My Birthday

It was my birthday. I've 8 years old. I came home from school, and my mother said that she has one more gift. My parents have already given me table hockey, a book and something else in the morning. I went to my room and saw a mountain of stuffed animals. I thought, "a stuffed toy, probably gave." My mother dug up this hill and I saw the box. I went closer and saw a small, trembling kitten, so small that it fits in the palm. My mother never allowed to buy a kitten or a puppy.It was my first cat. Only in the evening she jumped out of the box.The next day we came up to her name. At first we called it Frosya. But after a week, we decided to call it Dusya. So she stayed Dusya. It was the best gift and experience in my life.

An other experience was that I went to Egypt when I was eight years old. All I was referring to the civilization of the pharaohs, I had for years dreamed of seeing the pyramidsthat both appear in my books. When I finally did, it happened by surprise at night, appearing among thetreetops of the hotel where I stayed with my family. The impression was that I gave a cry of alarm, after which I was very happy I kept telling my parents, Ididn't stop untilwell after dinner, dinner certainly did with a view to these gigantic masses of stone and sand.
