Book vs Film

The difference is very little we can see that the dialogues are the same but they skip scenes, like the scene where Romeo will buy the pharmacist or the poison also part of the conversation to the end. Another is when the nurse tells Romeo that Juliet has remained untouched, these parts are the jumps and add scenes that were not in the book as when the Capulet's party a young man sings or when friends of  Romeo bother the mother. Another difference I can see is that the clothing is very different in the book.

But after all, this movie is more like the work so I think  that there aren't much differences.
